FAQ

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

A few things food truck operators ask us most often. Don't see your question? Just call or send us a message.

How soon can you come out for a service?

For routine service, we typically schedule you within a few business days based on your location and our route schedule. For urgent or emergency needs, give us a call directly at (503) 515-6697 — we'll work to get someone out as fast as possible.

Which phone number should I call?

We have two lines so you reach the right person faster:

Schedule Service · (503) 515-6697 — Call this number for new service requests, route scheduling, urgent pumps, or anything related to actually getting your tank serviced.

Office · Billing & Paperwork · (971) 419-6691 — Call this number for invoices, billing questions, service documentation, account setup, or general office matters.

Not sure which one? Either works — we'll connect you to the right person.

What information should I have ready when I contact you?

Just the basics: your truck or business name, the service you need (gray water, grease trap, or septic), your tank size if you know it, and where you're parked. The clearer the location and access details, the smoother and faster the service.

Do you service one-time jobs or only recurring routes?

Both. We handle one-time service calls for new trucks, events, or as-needed pumping, and we run regular scheduled routes for trucks and businesses that need weekly or bi-weekly service. Whatever works for your operation.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Gresham, OR, and we service food trucks and businesses across five counties: Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Columbia counties in Oregon, plus Clark County in Washington. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, just ask.

Do you service Washington State customers?

Yes — we service Clark County, WA (Vancouver, Battle Ground, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, La Center), with one important note:

Gray water disposal: Fully available throughout Clark County.

Grease trap & septic service: Available for above-ground tanks only, due to current Washington State licensing requirements.

If you have an in-ground or buried grease/septic tank in Washington, give us a call anyway — we can refer you to a properly licensed local provider.

What does your service cost?

Pricing depends on tank size, service type (gray water, grease, or septic), and frequency. We keep our rates competitive and transparent — call or message us with your details and we'll give you a straight answer on cost.
